Pick-up points

We depart from four cities

Every Hajj and Umrah group leaves from one of these. Tell us which suits you and the quotation is built around that airport, not around ours.

Somewhere else on the list? Ask anyway. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth the connection.

  • Mangalore

    IXE

    Mangaluru International Airport

The home departure. Closest to the office and to most of our groups, right along the coast.

Join the group at the airport

  • Bangalore

    BLR

    Kempegowda International Airport

For families in and around Bengaluru, and for anyone who wants the wider choice of flights.

Join the group at the airport

  • Mumbai (Bombay)

    BOM

    Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport

Usually the widest choice of carriers and the shortest routings to Jeddah and Madinah.

  • Dubai

    DXB

    Dubai International Airport

For our people working in the Gulf, who would rather fly across than fly home first.

Umrah packages

Two tiers, or built to your plan

What is included is written down. So is what is not. The difference between the tiers is the hotel, the meals and the transport, never the rites or the ziyarat. If neither fits, we build the trip around your dates instead. Starting rates are approximate and move with the season and availability.

Hajj

Government and private quota, both

The Hajj rate depends on the quota, the airfare and your category at Mina, so we will not print a single number here and give you the wrong idea.

Advance booking has started for Hajj 2027 and seats are limited. Government quota runs to its own timeline; private quota is more flexible but costs more. Call us and we will explain both against your family’s situation.

Before you fly

Baggage

The allowance is the airline's, not ours, and it is the thing most often got wrong on the morning of the flight.

Baggage

What you may carry, and what comes back

Per person, in total
30 kg
How it must be split
2 × 15 kg
Zamzam, free, on the way home
5 litres

Read this before you pack. The 30 kg is per head, not per family. Two bags of 15 kg is the split the airline expects; one heavy bag gets refused or charged even when the total is under the limit.

Reviews

What our pilgrims say

We would rather show you nothing here than write testimonials ourselves. If you have travelled with us, a review on Google helps the next family decide.

This space is held for real reviews from real pilgrims. Once they come in, they go here with the name attached, exactly as written.

Meanwhile, ask us for the number of someone who travelled on the same package. We will ask their permission and pass it on.

Frequently asked questions

Can I perform Umrah on a Saudi tourist visa?

Yes. A tourist eVisa permits Umrah outside the Hajj season, and you book the permit itself through Nusuk once you are in the country. A dedicated Umrah visa is issued through licensed operators and is usually the better route if you are travelling in a group. Confirm the current position on Nusuk before you book flights. This rule has changed more than once in recent years.

Do women still need a mahram to travel for Umrah?

The requirement was relaxed and women may now travel for Umrah without a mahram, including in organised groups. Scholarly opinion on whether this is permissible differs from what Saudi regulations allow, so decide this with your own scholar rather than from a website.

How long does Umrah actually take?

The rituals themselves take four to six hours at a moderate pace, longer in Ramadan, and considerably longer if you are with children or an elderly parent. Most people build a trip of seven to fourteen nights around it, split between Makkah and Madinah.

How far in advance should I book?

Ordinary months: six to eight weeks is comfortable. School holidays: three months. Ramadan, and particularly the last ten nights: five to six months, and hotels near the Haram sell out earlier than that.

Is the meningitis vaccine really required?

Yes, a quadrivalent ACWY certificate is an entry requirement, and it must be administered at least ten days before you arrive. Depending on your country of origin, polio vaccination may also be required. Check the requirement for your passport before you book anything.

Where do your groups depart from?

Mangalore, Bangalore, Mumbai and Dubai. Most of our groups leave from Mangalore, which is nearest the office and to the coastal towns. You join the group at the airport, so getting there is your own arrangement. If none of the four suits you, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly whether the connection is worth it.

Is Hajj 2027 booking open?

Yes, advance booking has started for Hajj 2027. Hajj is booked more than a year ahead and both quotas fill from the early registrations, so registering now is what secures a place rather than deciding later. Government quota runs to the Haj Committee's own timeline; private quota is more flexible and costs more. Call the office and we will explain both against your situation.

Can someone in a wheelchair perform Umrah?

Yes, and the Haram is set up for it. Wheelchairs and electric carts are available to hire, the upper floors of the mataf and the Sa'i corridor are step-free, and dedicated lanes exist on both. Assisted tawaf can be arranged. Plan the route in advance and avoid peak prayer times entirely.
