Seven things this office does, each with its own page and its own detail. Umrah packages start at ₹1,00,000 per person; everything else is quoted, because a published number that moves with the airfare is not a price.

Travelling as a group is rarely hard in Makkah itself. It is hard in the arrangements. These three things take that away.

What is not included in the package price?

Flights, meals beyond those listed, vaccination costs, personal shopping, and optional ziyarat outside the listed itinerary. Every package page lists inclusions explicitly, if it is not on the list, assume it is not included and ask.

How do refunds work?

Cancellations more than 45 days out are refunded less the visa and processing fee. Inside 45 days, hotel and airline penalties apply and are passed through at cost with documentation. Ramadan bookings are non-refundable inside 60 days because the hotels themselves are.

Can you handle a group from our masjid?

Yes, from twelve to two hundred people. Group bookings get a single coordinator, a shared rooming list you control, a dedicated coach, and a pre-departure briefing session at your masjid or online.

Do you arrange the Umrah permit and Rawdah slots?

We assist with both, and pre-book Rawdah where the booking window allows it. Neither is fully within any operator's control, slots are released by Nusuk on a rolling basis and demand routinely exceeds supply. Any operator promising guaranteed Rawdah access is not being straight with you.
