Options
Three visas, three different sets of paperwork
Pick the one that matches why you are travelling. If you are not sure, describe the trip and we will tell you which applies.
For pilgrimage
Umrah Visa
Issued for Umrah, and the route most groups travel on. We apply on your behalf and set up the Nusuk account and permit alongside it.
- Passport valid at least six months from travel
- Quadrivalent ACWY meningitis certificate, at least ten days before arrival
- Nusuk account and Umrah permit arranged with the visa
- Women may travel without a mahram under current regulations
Family and tourism
Visit Visa
For visiting family in the Kingdom or travelling as a tourist. Umrah can be performed on a tourist visa outside the Hajj season, with the permit booked through Nusuk.
- Single or multiple entry, depending on what is issued
- Confirmed accommodation and return ticket usually required
- For family visits, the host's documents are needed
- Umrah permitted outside Hajj season, subject to the current rule
Work and trade
Business Visa
For meetings, trade and site visits. This one turns on the invitation, so it is the paperwork we start with rather than the form.
- Invitation letter from a company registered in the Kingdom
- Covering letter from your own employer
- Chamber of commerce attestation where required
- Processing time varies with the invitation, not with us
How it works
Four steps, and what each one depends on
Processing time is the one thing no agent controls. We tell you the expected window up front, and we tell you when it slips.

Send us your documents
Passport scan, photograph and vaccination certificate, on WhatsApp or at the office. We tell you the same day if anything is missing.

We check, then apply
We check every document before the application goes in, because a rejection costs you the fee and the calendar, not just the form.

Fees and processing
You pay the government fee and our service charge, both itemised. We tell you the expected processing time up front and when it slips.

Visa issued, then the permit
The visa comes to you, and for Umrah we set up the Nusuk account and book the permit. Rawdah slots we attempt, but nobody can guarantee them.

- Recent passport photographs, white background
- Meningitis ACWY vaccination certificate
- Confirmed accommodation and return ticket, for visit visas
- Invitation letter, for business visas
- Marriage or birth certificate, where family relationship must be shown
What no operator can promise you
Visa approval, processing time and Rawdah slots are decided by the Saudi authorities, not by us. We apply properly, on time, and we chase. Anyone guaranteeing an approval or a Rawdah booking is not being straight with you. Rules here change without notice, so confirm the current position on Nusuk before you book flights.
